Guess Who
Over the years I've attended many animal events. I've been fortunate to meet Gene Baur a few times on his visits to Phoenix. I also had the chance to meet Wayne Pacelle, from the Humane Society of the United States, when he promoted his book, The Bond.
Portland
In March 2013, we took a family vacation to Portland. We went to see the beach and appreciate the scenery but mostly just to EAT all the amazing vegan food. Vegan doughnuts. Vegan collard wraps. Vegan cupcakes. Vegan coffee. Did I mention vegan doughnuts? I mean I could go on forever. If only I could convince my husband, Jason, to move to the City of Roses...
